Our realtor partners then work with you to help you find and secure the perfect location and manage all of the details of your purchase.
Our mortgage company partners assist you with financing and other important financial matters.
Once you’ve finalized the home site and design plans, the homebuilding process typically takes 4-6 months.

Yes you can, we have architects ready to meet and help you throughout the entire process
Will you help me find a lot?
Our realtor partners will work with you to help you find and secure the perfect location and manage all of the details of your purchase.
Can you help me with financing?
Our mortgage company partners will assist you with financing and other important financial matters.
How much money do I need to buy a new home?
Once you are ready, our team will present you with a purchase agreement and collect an earnest money deposit of $1000 to $2000. The funds will be deposited in an escrow account and credited to you at closing. It’s that easy!
How long does it take to build a home
Once the site, floor plans is chosen and permits are issued the homebuilding process takes between 4 and 6 months
